A little about Fi, founder of Black Sheep Yoga
After sustaining a serious injury while working as a hiking guide in Europe, I discovered hot yoga as part of my recovery journey. Yoga, combined with strength training, became the foundation of my physical healing—and eventually, a deeper transformation. A year later, I committed to a 9-week yoga teacher training, which marked the beginning of a new path.
Since then, I’ve gone on to run and manage yoga studios, mentor yoga teachers, lead teacher trainings, and host international retreats. Through it all, my mission has remained the same: to help others feel at home in their bodies, empowered by movement, and free to celebrate their own uniqueness.
I have a deep passion for travel and exploration of this world, and believe that you evolve through stepping out of your comfort zone and being open to new experiences and connections. I'm honored to share time and space with you, on or off the mat!
